Connecting Directly to LabGear® using a Terminal Server:
Use the Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection client on your computer to go to:

rdc.labgear.net:9989  (This will use TCP port 9989 which is not the standard RDP port)

Use the following Username and Password to log in when prompted:
Username: labuser
Password: 1234Qwer

LabGear® SSL EasyConnect Remote Desktop Connection (RDC)
The LabGear® SSL EasyConnect Client for Windows and Macintosh is used to connect to a LabGear® RDC server via SSL.
This can help clients with browser and firewall restrictions and improves performance on marginal networks.

Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7 Terminal Services (RDP) Fix!
Due to a recent Windows XP update, the Terminal Services (RDP) ActiveX browser Add-On may not launch correctly. If you find that you are unable to install/activate the RDP ActiveX control and/or connect to the PC's in a LabGear Lab, please click the link below and try the troubleshooting procedure. This issue seems to be limited to XP and IE7 only.
